i've actually played all of those!!! well, all besides keyframes. i've been meaning to though, all the characters n the art is so gorgeous... ive been knocked off my feet fr...

but oh man i've played so many vn's... can't even remember em all, i keep remembering them as i type haha

although, i've never really played horror games, in fact, i don't think i've ever played a horror game, believe it or not, i'm a bit of a scaredy cat LOL i do watch a lot of horror gameplays though

OH WAIT. i mean, it's not horror, but it's yandere. i've played 14 days, i need to play it again because i only played day 1 demo and never finished day 2 when it dropped. so freaking excited for the full game

oh! i did play doki doki literature club. that was crazyy

i've also played obscura, and again- only played it when the demo first dropped, so i haven't played it if there's been any updates since, although i've seen some stuff from their tumblr/twitter. i think it's bit horror ish. more mystery maybe? not sure what the genre is there

i also played 'teachers. with love and passion.' and it has lowkey yandere themes in one of the routes, and last time i played it, the yandere route hadn't been released but i think it has since then

oh!!! my favorite, besides OL of course haha, would have to be 'fujiwara bittersweet'. if you play that, please please read the tags because it's a bit heavy, but it's so freaking good. last i knew, the dev was remaking it? not sure if they're still doing that, but i'll sooo play it again. loved that game so much

also enjoyd touchstarved. i haven't played it since the first demo, but i've been meaning to play since they updated the demo. literally leander and ais were eating away at my brain for days after i played.. theyre so... hnng i love them. n i love the whole thing going on, the plot is !!!

oh i've also played 'the kid in the back' demo, so excited for the full game!! yknow i love emo boys, he's so cute. n i do Not mind some yandere whatsoever, so i'm verryyy excited

STAR SIGN: I do not have enough braincells to figure out the Forgotten Realms translation, but she’s a Sagittarius Sun, Aquarius Moon, Leo Rising.

STAR SIGN: My DM very kindly provided us with her homebrew months and seasons and said she was working on an astrology system, and my only requirement was that there was one that was Lying Liar that Lies for him <3 (Ahem. Gemini.) 

HEIGHT: 5’10” (178 cm) // but he wears heeled boots and counts his horns when listing his height, so he’ll tell you 6’1” 

ORIENTATION: Pansexual

NATIONALITY/ETHNICITY: He says he’s from Endoza, a port city in the Peaceable Kingdoms (our homebrew world), but REALLY he is from the Sentose Archipelago, a pirate-y vibe collection of islands just south of the PK, populated by hobgoblins, tieflings, humans, water genasi, and half-elves. Oh, and he’s a tiefling.

oh yeah i dont think i really like. explained the plot of tlc? very much? unless i did idk. anyways.

basically theres a jewel that holds all the magic in the world and is basically the source of it all. it's called the luminosa seed (or just the luminosa/seed).

currently, it resides in the alaries castle, awaiting to be possessed by the heiress to the throne: invidia. for her coronation, she'd be gifted the seed because she and the king believe they can use the magic to broaden their technology for the kingdom.

unfortunately, the seed has been stolen from the castle! wren celandine, being invidias most trustworthy and reliable guard, is tasked by the king to go fetch the missing gem and find the one who took the seed.

eventually he finds the thief, astrid fairburn, and she vaguely explains why she had to do what she did. something along the lines of "it doesn't belong here. i need to bring it back." wren is interested, so he makes a deal to let her go as long as he can aid her on her quest. he's not on her side whatsoever, but he's awfully curious about her reasoning (and herself). she reluctantly lets him tag along, so yippee! here we are!

wren and astrid team up and they need to bring the seed back to its rightful home.... and i shant say where that is!

EVERYTHING?? don’t even get me started on that scene with alaris giving him licanius. i haven’t stopped screaming about it since i read it. like meldier did it bc of the lyth. alaris did it bc of TRUST. i can’t!!!!! and then later caeden’s whole plan on getting him out of the way hinged on alaris jumping after him? AND HE DID?? and at the end, like gassandrid KNEW he wouldn’t be the last that caeden killed. he KNEW he would put off going to alaris for as long as he could. AND THEN ONCE CAEDEN COULDN’T DELAY ANY MORE, HE WENT THERE AND OFFERED ALARIS A WAY OUT, A WAY TO SAVE HIM ONLY FOR ALARIS TO SAY NO, HE WON’T MAKE IT SO EASY FOR HIM. ...AND HOW ALARIS WAS STILL SURPRISED WHEN CAEDEN ACTUALLY DID STAB HIM?? HOW CAEDEN HELD HIM IN HIS ARMS UNTIL IT WAS OVER?? AND BROKE DOWN OVER HIS BODY??

the issue with the venerate is that tal’kamar is very shippable with like. every one of them (all of them are shippable with all of them, really, but i have my fave, so). that’s the price of having Intense Immortal Relationships. i want to study them under a microscope. (i mean yeah, yeah, i love his and alaris thing the most, obviously i do. that whole thing with ‘you’re my enemy but you won’t kill a friend’ to how it ended…… but also that one scene he got with andrael? ‘kein? really? please i Need to know more. that part with meldier talking about how broken he’d been in the plains too? i??)

To absolutely no one's surprise, I've been writing angst because I thought about Resident Cold Weather Hater Alaris lost up a mountain and made myself sad.

“Thought you wanted me to warm you up,” Bull says anyway with a leer. Normally that would get a chuckle, or at least an eye roll. Tonight Alaris just curls further into himself, and if Bull didn't know something was wrong before he would now. “Well, what brings you to my tent?” he asks instead of drawing attention to it. “You know, if you don't want to wake up the whole camp.” The corner of Alaris's mouth twitches up in what could almost be called a smile, which Bull decides to take as a victory. “It's cold,” he says again, staring at his clasped hands in his lap. His eyes are miles away. “Snowing. It reminds me of…” Ah. Bull tries not to think of those hours after Alaris dropped a mountain on Haven, especially not recently, but the weather isn't far off what it was that night. It had been bitterly cold, and snowing hard enough at first that they'd struggled to keep the fires lit; he can imagine how much worse it must have been for Alaris, on the mountainside in the dark. These days he hates the image that thought conjures, their Inquisitor alone and freezing and afraid on that mountain. Alaris had grumbled about the cold and the snow and stupid shems setting up camp in the mountains even before that night, but afterwards it hadn't taken Ben-Hassrath training to see the way he shied away from it. It's one of many things everyone sees and no one talks about. And now here he is, sitting in Bull's tent and holding himself so stiff it's like he's afraid one wrong move will break something.  That won't do at all. It's easy to reach out and set one hand on the back of Alaris's neck, kneading gently. “Talk to me, boss,” Bull prompts, letting a note of command seep into his voice.  Some of the tension shudders out of Alaris with his next breath, as expected. “I was dreaming, I think. I don't— really remember what about, but I woke up and… the fire near my tent, it must have gone out at some point, and I'd kicked off the blankets in my sleep, and… It's stupid.” “It's not stupid.” Bull won't take arguments on this point. Alaris should know better than to even bring it up. “Tell me what happened.” “It was just cold. That's all, just a bit cold. I've been cold before.” The miserable frustration in Alaris's voice catches Bull's heart, but he doesn't interrupt; he knows from experience that if he stops Alaris here he'll never get him going again. “But it was like I was back out there on the mountain. I thought—”

re: dirks pals: i think you're thinking of dirk's pony pals, aka detective pony, aka one of the best dirk character studies to date, especially if one reads it with the mindset that anna=jane, pawnee indiana/lulu=roxy, and pam=jake. also everyone is dirk sometimes/all the time, as well. it's a really good example of a metanarrative and very cathartic. i recommend it to everyone.
